[Remote] Remote Audit Manager - $105k-$145k SEC HEAVY

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CyberCoders is seeking a Remote SEC Audit Manager to manage the audit of client engagements and ensure compliance with PCAOB standards. The successful candidate will lead the full-cycle audit process, manage audit performance, and provide guidance to team members while maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities • Lead audit engagements, including developing audit plans, scoping, and providing guidance for the engagement team • Perform audit procedures and review the work of other audit staff • Ensure compliance with PCAOB standards and other applicable regulations • Identify and assess key risk areas within engagements • Develop and maintain strong client relationships • Provide internal and external reporting, as needed • Ensure completion of audit engagements within deadlines Skills • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field • CPA certification required • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of SEC and PCAOB regulations • Previous experience performing audits • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with remote working tools and technologies Company Overview • CyberCoders is a recruiting firm locating job positions across all industries, including finance, education, engineering and healthcare.
