Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B National Sales Rep to join our sales team to promote and sell our virtual training and progress-tracking fitness program. This role focuses on engaging top level sales executives, daily sales meetings, metrics and performance based incentive, and develop the national sales program to businesses across industries such as healthcare, municipalities, sports complexes, health clubs, corporate wellness programs, and athletic teams.
As the first point of contact for our innovative solution, you will identify and nurture our sales team relationships, present our unique offering, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients in target industries, including healthcare providers, fitness centers, corporate wellness programs, and rehabilitation facilities.
• Meet Team Metrics: Achieve KPIs, including outbound calls, appointments set, prospects pitched, and closed clients.
• Managing and Motivating Client Engagement: Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to highlight the benefits of our musculoskeletal screening program and virtual training solution.
• Training on Product Demonstrations:Deliver engaging virtual presentations and live product demos tailored to client needs.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members using a consultative sales approach.
• Development and Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent progress toward sales goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, improve sales materials, and enhance offerings based on client feedback.

Requirements
• Proven experience in B2B National Sales, preferably in the sports, healthcare, fitness, or wellness industry.
• Willingness to attend markets, conferences, workshops, and events to promote the product and to encourage attendance by team members.
• Strong ability to understand and communicate technical product features and benefits effectively to your team and to motivate them to sell the product.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience conducting virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations and training your team in same.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and virtual meeting platforms(e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Passion for sports, health, wellness, and technology.
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in sales or a related field.
• College degree is a plus.
