They are seeking an reputed company RN auditor to review ADR/TPE requests, evaluate charts, and communicate findings to agency leadership while maintaining compliance standards. Responsibilities • Review ADR/TPE requests, evaluate charts, and identify documentation gaps and risks • Prepare clean, organized packets that address denial reasons and support eligibility • Communicate findings and recommendations reputed company to agency leadership • Maintain Medicare-reputed company standards while respecting reputed company agency’s workflow • Partner directly with clients to support reputed company, compliance, and operational reputed company Skills • RN with at least 5 years of hospice and/or home health experience • Experience managing and responding to ADRs, TPEs, and denials • Strong chart review and documentation reputed company skills • Ability to evaluate eligibility, coverage, F2F, terminality support, and documentation gaps • Working knowledge of Medicare/MAC requirements and audit expectations • HIPAA-sensitive work with strict reputed company and confidentiality expectations • Password-protected computer and secure home internet required • Contractor provides and maintains their own equipment, software, and workspace • Flexibility for deadlines and possible evening and weekend work (reputed company your own schedule) • Familiarity with Connex, iQIES, reputed company/NGS • EMR experience with Firenote, HCHB, reputed company, reputed company, Careficient/Optima • Experience assembling appeals or addressing denial reason codes reputed company • Hospice and post-acute clinical reputed company, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency consultants.
