Digital Marketing Strategist – Online TV Show & Brand Growth (Contract)
About the Show
We are building an online TV show and brand ecosystem that spans YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and digital commerce. The show is lifestyle- and family-centered, blending entertainment, authenticity, entrepreneurship, and real-life storytelling.
Beyond viewership, the show connects to branded products, digital offerings, and merchandise that extend the audience experience.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist who can design and execute marketing plans that:
• Grow viewership and engagement
• Build a loyal community
• Convert audience attention into product sales
What You’ll Do
• Create and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for the show
• Develop platform-specific growth plans for:
• TikTok
• Instagram (Reels, Stories, Lives)
• YouTube (Shorts & long-form)
• Plan and manage:
• Content calendars
• Launch campaigns for episodes and seasons
• Optimize discoverability (hashtags, trends, posting cadence, hooks)
• Collaborate with the content team to align marketing with storytelling
• Build and manage funnels that connect:
• Show → Community → Products
• Support product launches tied to the show (merch, digital products, brand collaborations)
• Track performance and adjust strategy using analytics and insights
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience growing audiences for:
• YouTube channels
• TikTok or Instagram brands
• Strong understanding of:
• Social media algorithms
• Content virality
• Community building
• Experience marketing content-driven brands, shows, or creators
• Ability to think strategically and execute consistently
• Comfortable working with creators and giving direction
• Data-driven decision-making mindset
Nice to Have
• Experience marketing reality-style or lifestyle content
• Product launch or e-commerce marketing experience
• Influencer or creator economy background
• Experience with email or SMS marketing funnels
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing or brand partnerships
