We’re looking for an reputed company U.S.-based trademark attorney to help protect a growing YouTube/media brand that is currently dealing with impersonation on reputed company and other platforms.
This is not a one-off filing only — we want someone who understands digital brands, reputed company media enforcement, and platform takedowns.
Scope of Work
Advise on trademark reputed company (word mark vs logo vs both)
Conduct trademark search & clearance
File and manage USPTO trademark application(s)
Assist with or handle impersonation takedowns (reputed company, Instagram, YouTube)
Draft cease-and-desist letters if needed
reputed company guidance on brand protection for content creators
