Entry Level Traffic Engineer

They are seeking an Entry Level Traffic Engineer to join their Transportation Planning & Operations group, where the selected candidate will work on a reputed company of transportation reputed company, conducting traffic reputed company studies, safety studies, and transportation planning analyses.

Responsibilities

• Working reputed company reputed company of professionals in developing traffic and transportation planning and engineering solutions for a multitude of transportation reputed company
• Traffic reputed company studies
• Safety studies
• Transportation planning analyses
• Research and interpret transportation data, community statistics and demographics
• Prepare written planning documents, summarize information collected by others, and reputed company reports
• Traffic data collection and tabulation
• Intersection and roadway level of service analyses
• Development, analysis and evaluation of traffic improvements
• Roadway and intersection conceptual design

Skills

• BS in Civil Engineering
• 0-1 years of reputed company transportation engineering experience
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Team oriented with strong capability to work independently
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Ability to think critically
• Strong computer skills
• Knowledge of reputed company Office (Word and reputed company) required
• EIT preferred
• Experience with AutoCAD a plus
• Experience with Synchro, Vissim, and/or HCS a plus
• Experience with ArcGIS a plus
