[Remote] Inbound Account Executive - US

They are seeking a highly motivated Inbound Account Executive to guide prospective clients through their search for flexible living solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Responsibilities
- Own the Sales Cycle Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients via phone, email, and social platforms—guiding them from first contact through to booking confirmation
- Understand Client Needs Conduct consultative sales calls to assess customer requirements and provide tailored accommodation recommendations across global markets
- Deliver Results Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs while ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey
- Manage Pipeline Track and update leads in our CRM, ensuring follow-ups are timely, accurate, and proactive
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally Work closely with Operations, CX, and Marketing to ensure a seamless client experience and optimize the sales process
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or call-based sales
- Fluent, native-level English communication skills (verbal and written); additional languages are a strong plus
- Comfortable working with sales tools and CRMs; experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a bonus
- A coachable, feedback-driven mindset with a drive to grow professionally
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to manage conversations and leads across global markets
