Scheduling Coordinator

Visiting Angels is dedicated to providing compassionate home care for seniors, and they are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage caregiver schedules effectively. This role is crucial for ensuring clients receive consistent, high-reputed company care by balancing caregiver availability and reputed company needs while maintaining effective communication with reputed company parties involved.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity of care by minimizing changes in caregiver assignments whenever possible

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules in agency systems
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Visiting Angels policies regarding caregiver assignments

• Assist with timesheet and payroll verification by confirming shifts worked

Skills

• Previous experience in scheduling, reputed company coordination, or office administration preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
• Proficient in scheduling software, reputed company (formerly ClearCare), and basic computer applications
