  • Answering customer calls and responding to online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resetting passwords, assisting with account creation, uploading documents, and answering general questions to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Verifying eligibility for coverages, reviewing healthcare options, and offering expert advice to guide customers through complex processes.
