Role and Responsibilities
As a Support Coordinator at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service through phone and chat interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound customer and partner calls and chats in a professional and courteous manner
- Making outbound customer and partner calls and chats as needed to resolve issues or provide updates
- Overseeing day-to-day communication via phone and chat systems to ensure seamless interactions
- Maintaining consistent email interactions with our partners to foster strong relationships
- Building a strong relationship with our Field Leadership Team to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Delivering communication in a timely manner to meet deadlines and expectations
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of process execution to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Exhibiting strong attention to detail to minimize errors and ensure quality service
- Utilizing fast typing skills to efficiently manage multiple interactions and tasks
- Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing atmosphere, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Participating in training of peers and occasional stretch assignments to support team growth and development
- Performing data entry and invoicing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Note orders accordingly based on customer/client communication to ensure accurate fulfillment
Qualifications and Education Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Experience in customer/vendor communication, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service
- Experience in a high-paced call center atmosphere (preferred), with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Experience using CRM software and chat systems to manage interactions and data
- Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service and resolving issues effectively

Please note that:
- You must live in the Dallas-Fort Worth or surrounding area to be considered for this role
- You must be able to commute to our downtown Fort Worth office for 4-5 weeks of in-person training prior to working remotely
