**The Role**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our clients via phone and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
* Finding solutions for each individual client to ensure their journey runs smoothly
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and exceed client expectations
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Fluency in Danish and a good command of English
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
