Inside Sales Representative
Engineered Printing Solutions is seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative who plays a critical role in growing revenue and strengthening customer relationships. The ISR will drive aftermarket consumables sales while nurturing existing accounts and developing new customer relationships through outbound sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and cold call current and potential customers via phone, email, and Teams to uncover new sales opportunities
- Drive recurring aftermarket consumables sales (ink, plates, pads, and parts); experience in consumables or repeat-purchase environments is a strong advantage
- Build, manage, and grow a robust pipeline through consistent outbound activity and follow-up
- Conduct regular sales conversations with existing customers to identify additional needs and upsell opportunities
- Qualify leads and partner with outside sales representatives to support larger or more complex opportunities
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries generated from marketing campaigns and the company website
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service to support quotes, orders, and customer needs
- Consistently close sales and meet or exceed monthly revenue goals
- Prepare and present pricing quotes, payment terms, and sales proposals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce for pipeline visibility and reporting
- Submit weekly activity and sales reports detailing outreach volume, opportunities, and results
- Address customer questions and concerns, escalating technical issues to the Technical Service Group when appropriate
- Travel periodically for sales training and attend occasional trade shows to support lead generation and brand awareness
- Perform additional sales-related duties as assigned by management
Skills
- Proven success in inside or outside sales, with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting and cold calling
- High level of persistence, resilience, and competitive drive to exceed sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to understand customer workflows and present value-driven solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 1–3 years of inside or outside sales experience required
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and ERP systems (Sage)
- Knowledge of industrial equipment, printing, marking systems, or related technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Aftermarket consumables sales experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Pad Printing and Digital Ink-Jet printing technologies
