[Remote] Seasonal, Client Relationship Professional
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. H&R Block is a leader in tax preparation and financial services, seeking a Seasonal Client Relationship Professional. This role supports day-to-day operations and product testing, ensuring operational efficiency and high product standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing operational procedures and workflows
- Monitor and track operational performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation for compliance and reporting
- Conduct functional, usability, and regression testing on products and features
- Perform daily sanity checks and assist in automated and manual testing processes
- Document test results, report defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Collect and analyze operational and testing data to identify trends and improvement areas
- Prepare reports on KPIs, defect rates, and operational efficiency for management review
- Recommend process enhancements for both operations and testing workflows
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in operations or QA/testing roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Technical proficiency in multi-user systems
- Customer service and/or internal Help Desk-type experience
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high-activity environment
