- Complete confirmations of insurance
- Correct IBC Errors
- Handle mail, filing and scanning
- Operate department phone queue

- Ability to handle large volume of transactions and to meet defined service reputed company
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and innovative
- Exceptional phone etiquette with strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficient in reputed company Office products
- Must be flexible with hours of work as required
