**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Customer Service:**
+ Key in sales orders daily with no more than 2 errors per month, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
+ Set up new clients as needed, providing a seamless onboarding experience.
+ Handle exception calls as needed, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
+ Provide support for sales reps as needed, ensuring they have the necessary resources to excel.
* **Standing Orders:**
+ Set up initial standing orders for customers, as needed, to meet their unique requirements.
+ Maintain standing orders, including holds, releases, and additions, to ensure timely and accurate processing.
+ Errors counted against metric stated in 1.1, emphasizing the importance of attention to detail.
* **Exception Processing:**
+ Process exceptions into the Case module as needed, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
+ Create credit memos, file freight claims, issue call tags, follow defective product procedure, and reship items as required per exception.
* **Freight Claims:**
+ Process freight claims as needed, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
+ Process disputes and pursue payment from the carrier, maintaining a strong relationship with customers.
+ File claim paperwork, maintaining accurate records and compliance with regulations.
* **Additional Responsibilities:**
+ Perform in a manner consistent with arenaflex's Core Values and Purpose, embodying our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
+ Attend all scheduled meetings, missing no more than 10% annually, to stay informed and contribute to team success.
+ Clock in and out for work and lunch with no more than 1 error per month, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
+ Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
+ Follow all OSHA and other safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
+ Actively demonstrate teamwork at all times, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

**Essential and Preferred Qualifications:**
* **Experience:**
