Client Service Representative
The Bernard Group, Inc. is a 100% employee-owned visual merchandising company leading the retail industry in design and production. They are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-driven Client Service Representative to provide administrative support for the Project Manager and Fulfillment teams while interfacing with external customers.
Responsibilities
- Review and process all information from client requests (work orders, new store information, animation items, punch lists, etc.)
- Generate clear & detailed orders through our internal inventory system, which is directed to our Fulfillment Warehouse team to pull, pack and ship
- Maintain details on all orders and log throughout the month and submit final billing
- Continually check client requests throughout the day, replying through email with clear information and questions as needed
- Check for accuracy through Excel distribution lists and project instructions that are filed on internal drives and requests additional information from clients as needed
- Support the efforts in obtaining the best possible delivery dates for items requested
- Check supply inventory and assist with discrepancies and correction
- Manage timelines & due dates, prioritize work and work independently
- Interact closely with other teams (PM team, Fulfillment, Shipping & Receiving) regarding final documentation and inventory information
- Place final orders through the internal system to the Fulfillment Warehouse team for final packaging and shipping of each request
- Send email responses back to clients regarding their requests
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Skills
- A high school diploma or GED
- An associates Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience is a plus
- Fulfillment experience is a plus
- Obtain high level of customer service
- Focus on quality
- Have strong problem solving skills
- Be able to multi-task
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- A 'customer comes first' approach
- Able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing

- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience is a plus
