As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. **Role Responsibilities:** As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner * Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand * Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line * Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met * Meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers every day (minimum 70 interactions per shift) **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Meet or exceed daily interaction numbers (minimum 70 interactions per shift) * Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and relatable interactions * Exercise decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand * Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure customer needs are being met **Role Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role * Access to a consistently stable internet connection * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs * On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience with data analysis and reporting * Certification in customer service or a related field **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
