HR Assistant/Recruiter/Talent Sourcer
Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in CALLING CANDIDATES, SCREENING CANDIDATES, AND SCHEDULING CANDIDATES FOR INTERVIEWS.
THIS IS A 1099 CONTRACT EMPLOYEE POSITION.
Responsibilities
• YOU MUST LIVE IN THE FORT MYERS AREA
• APPLICANTS FROM OUT OF THE AREA WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
• WORK FULLY REMOTE FROM HOME
• Hours are 7am-4pm Monday-Friday
• High energy calling of candidates to screen and schedule interviews.
• IF MAKING PHONE CALLS IS NOT SOMETHING YOU LIKE, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU.
• YOU MUST PRODUCE QUALITY INTERVIEW APPLICANTS
• MAKING PHONE CALLS AND ZOOM CALLS TO SCREEN APPLICANTS AND SCHEDULE INTERVIEWS.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Answer a high volume of incoming calls and make outbound calls as needed.
Skills
• Excellent phone skills calling potential candidates to screen and schedule interviews.
• You enjoy talking to people and know how to make a good impression over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent Excel and Word skills.
• Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
