Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Specialist--Careful Ramp + GoHighLevel Integration (MedEd company)
We’re a growing Medical education company. Our primary audience is residents, fellows, and APPs, and we help with high-risk transitions and high-risk exams in internal medicine and subspecialities. We’re early-stage and want to build Meta ads carefully—start small, validate tracking + funnel + creatives, then scale over 3–6 months.
Must have experience running US-targeted Meta campaigns.
What we need
A performance-focused Meta ads expert who can:
-Warm up our Meta ads efforts safely (no reckless spend)
-Build a measurable funnel integrated with GoHighLevel (GHL)
-Optimize toward real outcomes (qualified leads/trials/purchases), not vanity metrics
-Scale budgets gradually only after CPA/CPL targets and conversion quality are proven
Scope of work
Phase 1: Setup + Strategy (Week 1)
-Audit current assets (landing pages, tracking, any past ads)
-Define targeting plan for our niche (personas, exclusions, placements)
-Set up/verify tracking:
--Meta Pixel + events + UTMs (Conversions API a plus)
--Attribution approach and QA checklist
-Funnel mapping:
--Ad → landing page → GHL form/workflow/pipeline → confirmation → platform onboarding
-Deliver a 30–90 day testing plan with budgets, hypotheses, and success criteria
Phase 2: Pilot / Warm-Up (Weeks 2–4)
-Launch small-budget tests with strict guardrails
-Build initial campaigns:
--Prospecting (cold audiences)
--Retargeting (site visitors, engagers, video viewers)
-Implement/optimize GHL automation:
--tagging, pipelines, follow-up sequences, booking link (if used)
-Weekly optimization + reporting
Phase 3: Optimize + Scale (Months 2–6)
-Improve conversion rate through creative iteration and funnel improvements
-Expand winning audiences and lookalikes only after enough data
-Scale spend gradually while maintaining CPA/CPL targets
-Build a repeatable creative/testing pipeline (new angles monthly)
What success looks like
-Clean tracking + reliable attribution (we know what’s working)
-Stable CPL/CPA within agreed targets and improving conversion quality
-Clear, repeatable path to scaling over 3–6 months
Required experience
-Proven Meta ads results for US audiences (please share metrics: spend, CPL/CPA, timeframe)
-Strong tracking setup skills (Pixel + events + UTMs; CAPI a plus)
-GoHighLevel experience (forms, workflows, pipelines, tagging, attribution)
-Strong experimentation mindset (one-variable tests, clear hypotheses)
-Comfortable starting with small spend and scaling only after targets are met
-Clear communication + weekly reporting discipline
Nice to have
-Healthcare, education, or professional training experience
-Familiarity with GME/residency/fellowship audiences
Deliverables (first 2–3 weeks)
-Tracking + funnel QA completed (events/UTMs + verification)
-Campaign build + launch (prospecting + retargeting)
-Initial creative plan + 3–6 starter ads (or detailed specs for our designer)
-Weekly performance report + next-step action plan
-Clear ramp plan with stop-loss rules and scaling criteria
To apply, please answer
-Share 2–3 recent Meta ad case studies targeting the US (include spend, CPL/CPA, timeframe, and what you changed to improve results).
-Describe your 30-day careful ramp plan (budgets, tests, and stop-loss rules).
-Confirm your GoHighLevel experience (what you’ve built: forms, workflows, pipelines, UTMs).
-How do you verify tracking is correct (events, UTMs, attribution)?
Note: We will not run high spend early. We want a careful tester/optimizer who prioritizes unit economics and controlled scaling.
