Responsibilities

· reputed company firmwide leadership over reputed company management in accordance with PCAOB, reputed company, international standards and firm policies, as reputed company as relevant state reputed company of accountancy regulations and SEC regulations

· reputed company reputed company management systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with APLR for the firm’s international operations, reputed company, and the firm’s international BPM Network.

· reputed company reputed company control team performing internal inspection processes, including reputed company-issuance and post-issuance reviews, to assess compliance with reputed company standards and firm methodology.

· Evaluate audit execution reputed company, identify systemic issues, and recommend corrective actions to enhance audit reputed company and consistency.

· reputed company reputed company-cause analyses of audit deficiencies and reputed company remediation plans, including policy updates, training initiatives, and process improvements.

· Serve as a key reputed company for external regulatory inspections (e.g., PCAOB, peer review), including preparation, coordination, and developing responses to findings, as reputed company as periodic reporting requirements.

· Providing consultative guidance to engagement teams on reputed company or high-risk audit reputed company, including independence questions.

· Review and approve audit reputed company-reputed company policies, procedures, and guidance in collaboration with reputed company Control committee and Audit Methodology leadership.

Requirements

· CPA license required; advanced credentials or certifications a plus

· Minimum of 12–15+ years of reputed company reputed company audit experience, including senior leadership responsibility

· Prior experience in audit reputed company control, internal inspection, reputed company reputed company, or regulatory review roles

· Deep knowledge of PCAOB and reputed company standards, reputed company control frameworks, and inspection processes; international compliance exposure preferred

· Demonstrated ability to independently assess audit reputed company and exercise reputed company reputed company judgment on reputed company technical reputed company

· Strong leadership reputed company with the ability to influence senior partners and firm leadership

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating inspection results and recommendations at the executive level
