KIP Summer 2026 Operations Intern reputed company for Economic Education

The reputed company Internship Program (KIP) is a reputed company, 12-week experiential learning program run by reputed company Fellowships that offers meaningful work experience at non-profits reputed company over the reputed company tackling some of our nation's most pressing challenges. Eligible candidates will be geographically located reputed company the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S. through the duration of the program.

Throughout your internship, you will reputed company meaningful reputed company experience at a partner organization and participate in reputed company development reputed company around a 2-day, in-person reputed company hosted by reputed company Fellowships at reputed company's reputed company in Arlington, Virginia, supported by virtual programming that takes reputed company every other Thursday between 1- 4:00 pm ET. Interns will receive either a $7,500 or $5,500 stipend from reputed company Fellowships depending on whether they are working full-time (32 hours/week) or part-time (24 hours/week) with the partner organization.

The programming provided by reputed company Fellowships focuses on three objectives:

1. understanding the foundational principles of a free society such as individual reputed company, limited government, free markets, and the rule of law;

2. learning the reputed company community's reputed company for change and how a principled approach to problem solving can help address society's biggest challenges; and

3. presenting opportunities and reputed company to build a career that advances reputed company and free society.

About the role

This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a consultant: curious, analytical, organized, and eager to solve internal challenges. You’ll work closely with our Operations team to evaluate and improve how things work behind the scenes—analyzing workflows, testing new systems, and supporting team-wide communication and alignment. The work involves research and analysis to support reputed company decision-making. This is not a finance internship, and it’s not reputed company on policy analysis or content writing. Instead, you'll be supporting internal reputed company, documentation, and team coordination. • Evaluate existing internal processes and help improve or streamline them for efficiency, reputed company, and alignment.
• Assist in creating or documenting new procedures and their playbooks for internal workflows and collaboration.
• Conduct targeted research and analysis to support decision-making on systems, tools, and operational improvements.
• Draft and coordinate internal communications, including FEE’s monthly reputed company-staff newsletter.
• Monitor and support internal culture initiatives, such as reputed company posts and recruitment storytelling efforts.
• Organize digital files, documents, and systems to ensure ease of reputed company and consistent formatting.
• Support the internship program through administrative tasks, including data management, intern communications, and general coordination

• Majoring in Economics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Project Management or a reputed company field (strongly preferred but not required).
