Talent Attraction Manager-Early Careers

AT&T is looking for a Talent Attraction Manager-Early Careers to be responsible for developing and executing innovative, brand-aligned recruitment marketing strategies that elevate AT&T's presence among early career talent. This role drives awareness, engagement, and connection with students, recent graduates, and emerging professionals through compelling storytelling and strategic outreach.
Responsibilities
• Design and lead dynamic marketing campaigns that resonate with early career audiences.
• Leverage digital platforms, social media, job boards, campus events, and experiential activations to showcase AT&T's culture, purpose, and career opportunities.
• Use data and insights to continuously optimize campaign performance and impact.
• Partner with talent acquisition leaders, university relations, and business teams to align messaging and ensure a unified approach to early careers recruitment.
• Create and curate content that brings AT&T's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life for students and emerging professionals.
• Develop storytelling assets—videos, blogs, social posts, and more—that reflect our brand voice: curious, vibrant, and human.
• Support broader employer branding initiatives, including recruitment metrics, talent pipeline development, stakeholder training, and event coordination.
Requirements
• Proven track record of driving engagement and innovation in an early careers setting preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable improvements.
• Skilled in developing engaging content across multiple formats and platforms, including social media, digital ads, blogs, and video.
Nice-to-haves
• 5+ years of recruitment marketing or employer branding experience, with a strong focus on early careers or campus recruitment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
• Ability to craft and execute bold, brand-aligned marketing strategies that attract and inspire early career talent.
