REMOTE Bilingual SPANISH Customer Service - 1pm - 10pm - Start on 2/16! (#MBC)

Qualifications: • Amazing combination of nimble thinking, high energy, passion and persistence: resourcefulness • Strong desire to be helpful and take ownership to resolve customer situations • Empathetic and active listening • Excellent oral communication skills: clear diction, tone and knowledge/use of proper grammar • Positive outlook and enthusiastic attitude • Dependable and consistent, history of good attendance • Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers • BILINGUAL (English & Spanish) is a MUST Responsibilities: • Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner. • Assist Broward County Transit TOPS Customers schedule transportation services in an empathetic and patient manner. • Respond to questions and provide information while exceeding customer expectations. • De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensure that we explore all options to satisfy their needs. Details: • Start Date: Monday 2/16/26 • PAID Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST for 3 weeks • Shifts available: 5 days a week (1 weekend day & 1 weekday off) 1:00pm - 10:00pm • Pay: $16.19/hr plus performance pay • Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish) Salary & Benefits: The compensation package for this position starts at $16.19/hr plus performance pay if you qualify, as well as a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, PTO, employee assistance, matching 401K plan, and an unlimited referral bonus program (Make $$$ for referring your friends to join our team!).
