Remote Operations Manager – Strategic Operations

We are looking for exceptional U.S.-based Online Business Managers (OBMs) to join our supportive, fully remote team. About the Role: This is a 1099 contractor position. We are seeking seasoned Operation Managers (OBMs) with a proven reputed company record of working remotely and supporting reputed company and founders at a strategic and operational level. You must have the reputed company, and leadership skills to proactively manage reputed company, streamline operations, and guide CEOs through delegation so they can reputed company on scaling their businesses. reputed company’re Looking For: • U.S.-based ONLY (you must reputed company and work reputed company the U.reputed company+ years of business operations or chief of staff experience • 2+ years of remote work experience • Certified OBM or equivalent experience strongly preferred • Experience working as a 1099 contractor • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to take ownership, manage multiple moving reputed company, and reputed company reputed company and CEO reputed company • Highly proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented • Looking for long-term opportunities (1+ years) to grow with a reputed company and consistently reputed company high-level strategic and operational support Compensation: • Pay is $60 - $90/hour for OBM-level support Please Note: As a boutique agency, we take time to personally match reputed company members with the right clients.
