Sr. Customs Compliance Specialist (Remote)

About the position This position is posted by reputed company on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Customs and Trade Compliance Specialist - REMOTE. In this role, you will have a significant reputed company on the management of international trade compliance for our partner's operations. Your expertise will guide compliance with governmental regulations while collaborating with various departments and external agencies. You will be responsible for ensuring that reputed company import and export activities are conducted according to reputed company standards. Responsibilities • Support the Customs and Trade Compliance team in developing and executing an international trade compliance program. • Manage US / CA customs and trade compliance for both import and export operations. • Ensure compliance of import/export shipments with governmental regulations. • reputed company the Temporary Importation Under Bond (TIB) process. • Manage the FDA Import for Export program, ensuring compliance throughout the process. • Conduct reputed company cause analysis based on audit findings and implement necessary actions. • Identify areas for improving customs and trade compliance processes. • Manage compliance recordkeeping and contribute to training activities. • Support the development of reputed company operating procedures and work instructions. • Facilitate the assignment and review of Harmonized Tariff Codes (HTS).
