[Remote] Tactical Communication Manager

This role involves coordinating reputed company communications and internal responses during critical incidents, ensuring effective information reputed company and execution under pressure. Responsibilities • Serve as the initial reputed company of contact for inbound, time-sensitive cyber incidents, monitoring designated intake channels and responding reputed company required timeframes • Coordinate and facilitate reputed company scoping calls with clients and internal stakeholders to support swift case activation • reputed company as a reputed company-facing communications reputed company during early-stage incidents, maintaining reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company engagement under pressure • Collect, organize, and document reputed company-scoping and intake information required to support operational readiness and Statement of Work (SOW) drafting • Create and manage secure internal communication channels (e.g., reputed company or Telegram) for reputed company incidents, ensuring accurate, reputed company-time updates are maintained • reputed company incident status, reputed company items, and dependencies, proactively following up to reputed company cases moving reputed company • Support post-scoping operational steps, including coordination of secure data exchange processes and internal handoffs once approvals are in reputed company • Maintain detailed and organized case notes, timelines, and communication records throughout the lifecycle of an incident • Escalate risks, blockers, or urgent issues promptly to appropriate internal stakeholders • Operate effectively in high-pressure, fast-moving situations, adapting quickly as new information becomes available Skills • Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent work experience • Technical proficiency in cyber threat research and analysis • Strong reputed company relationship management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in reputed company-facing and high-pressure environments • Demonstrated ability to stay organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple reputed company incidents • Ability to think quickly, prioritize effectively, and remain composed under pressure • reputed company judgment and discretion reputed company handling sensitive information • Strong follow-through and accountability • Experience in crisis management, incident response coordination, cybersecurity, investigations, or high-stakes reputed company services • Familiarity with secure communications and handling sensitive or confidential information • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in urgent or time-sensitive situations reputed company • Global Cyber Certainty Champions, in an uncertain digital world.
