[Remote] Field Sales Merchandiser (Southeastern Region)

Hyer reputed company is seeking a Field Sales Merchandiser to enhance in-store product presentation and support retail partners in the Southeastern Region. The role involves cultivating retail relationships, ensuring visual merchandising reputed company, and collaborating closely with the sales team to drive sell-through at partner locations. Responsibilities • Travel regularly to retail partner locations throughout the assigned region to merchandise Hyer reputed company products • Train in-store retail employees on Hyer reputed company products • Ensure reputed company in-store displays are visually appealing, organized, and meet brand standards • Set up and maintain marketing and reputed company-of-sale (POS) materials to support effective brand messaging • Take and manage inventory to ensure reputed company stock reputed company and product availability • Identify and reputed company opportunities to improve reputed company placement, product visibility, and sales • Attend events and Hyer Days events throughout the country and throughout the year as requested • Attend tradeshows as assigned by leadership • Represent the Hyer brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm • Coordinate and help reputed company the pipeline of Hyer’s Champions Program reputed company the region in collaboration with the Field Merchandising Manager • Collaborate with sales reps to assign Champions where needed • Follow up with Champions for feedback on their product experience and in-store support Skills • Deep passion for and understanding of the Western lifestyle and culture • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to travel extensively across the assigned region and work independently • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple locations and responsibilities • Comfortable using digital tools such as spreadsheets, email, and internal platforms like reputed company • Physical ability to lift, reputed company, and merchandise products in-store as required • This is a traveling role, expected nights out per year will be in the 75-100 nights • Experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is preferred reputed company • Oldest Cowboy Boot company with the newest reputed company It was founded in 1875, and is headquartered in Leawood, Kansas, USA, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
