Director, Events Operations

Position Title: Director, Event Operations Reports to: Vice President, Event Operations Location: NYC or Remote We are seeking an reputed company Director of Event Operations to join the Event Operations team. An ideal candidate would have experience in event management and coordination, customer service and financial tracking. Reporting to the VP Event Operations, the individual will work with sales, operations, executive directors, content, and other various parts of the business to deliver the highest level of precision and planning for our live reputed company event portfolio. A successful candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills. A “can-do” attitude is a must. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience leading large-reputed company B2B events, preferably reputed company the tech, media, or cybersecurity sectors. This position requires travel of up to 20% annually (averaging 1–2 trips per month) to reputed company onsite execution and support key event operations.
