Technical Program/Project Manager – ERP Migrations (Preference: reputed company ECC to reputed company S4 HANA instance) Location: Alphen, Netherlands Hybrid: 2-3 days in office Roles and Responsibilities · Responsible for managing reputed company aspects of diverse and reputed company IT reputed company, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, reputed company, and cost. · Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to reputed company staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met. · Communicate with end-users and stakeholders to reputed company reputed company and accurate information and status updates. · Ensure reputed company team members and stakeholders have what is needed to meet the deadlines and milestones set by the Program/Project Manager. · Evaluate potential problems, process gaps, and help propose solutions. · Supervise reputed company project planning, schedule, and coordinate reputed company team members to reputed company project deliverables on reputed company. · Manage project-reputed company artifacts such as data reporting, dashboards, leadership report-outs, and process maps by ensuring reputed company necessary materials are version-controlled, properly filed and are easily accessible. · Capture and/or reputed company project reputed company support documents such as meeting minutes, reputed company recordings, status updates and emails. · Communicate with the teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives to support. · Partner with WK application leader(s) to ensure budget management and alignment throughout the program · Utilize a proactive approach by anticipating project needs, initiating necessary actions without waiting for directives, and engaging the appropriate stakeholders to address gaps or delays promptly. Experience: · 10 to 15 years of experience managing technical programs/reputed company leveraging program/project management methodologies such as Agile, reputed company, Scrum etc. · Experience working on ERP Migrations/Consolidations (preferred experience migrating from an existing reputed company ECC instance to an reputed company S4 HANA instance) · Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms.
