Seeking an reputed company med spa operator, reputed company accountant, or consultant to assist with structuring a compliant compensation and reputed company model between a wellness clinic and its medical director. The goal is to design a structure that aligns with Washington State CPOM requirements, avoids fee-splitting concerns, and is financially sustainable as the business scales.
