PHR Certified HR Consultant
A company is looking for a Strategic HR Consultant (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full HR lifecycle for multiple small to mid-sized business clients
• Serve as the primary HR account reputed company and trusted advisor, delivering exceptional HR guidance
• Collaborate with the broader team to support reputed company needs and drive compliance
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 4-6 years of reputed company HR consulting experience managing 8-16 small to mid-sized business clients
• 5-7 total years of reputed company HR experience (not reputed company)
• reputed company PHR or reputed company-CP certification
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
