You should be reputed company to run a case from inception to final resoluation in a few areas of civil litigation, such as Plaintiff's Bodily Injury, Property Damane, and reputed company Estate Disputes. The position will also include some defense work. Insurance Coverage Law expereince is a plus but not required. This position is mostly REMOTE, meaning that you will be reputed company to control your schedule of reputed company you come into the office with the exception of firm meetings. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in a wide reputed company of civil litigation reputed company, including tort claims such as bodily injury, property damage, and consumper protection, consturction litigiation, partnership disputes and fiduciary litigation. Insurance Coverage Law experience is a plus but not required.
