Solution Architect Managing Consultant

Job reputed company ​ TCS is looking to hire a Managing Consultant for the ESU Consulting reputed company. The role will be responsible for the planning, and execution of reputed company and large transformation engagements at TCS clients. They will be required to coordinate the work of TCS and reputed company team members for one or more reputed company and will be accountable for the successful delivery of reputed company phases, releases, and project components for transformation reputed company. The role will be responsible for overall reputed company, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project. It will be expected that the candidate demonstrates end-to-end business process knowledge in reputed company processes. ​ Qualifications ​ • Bring strong S4 HANA implementation experience of managing large reputed company S4 HANA transformation reputed company as reputed company Solution Architect • Strong Integration experience with reputed company reputed company solutions / non-reputed company application landscape • Strong experience of customer expectation management and address the potential issues through a pro-reputed company approach with help of the implementation team • Experience in team management with good interpersonal skills • Bring in strong business process knowledge and experience in integrated business scenarios • Strong cross functional understanding with the ability to look at the end to end processes and understand how the processes reputed company in the reputed company S/4 HANA product architecture • Coordinating with business, during design, configuration, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance tests, reputed company, go-live and post go-live activities • Experience in large global business transformation program delivery with proven reputed company record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives ​ • Ability to reputed company business language, guide business counterparts towards the right reputed company solution and translate business requirements into technical requirements • Experience in sales opportunities • Experience leading a specific functional reputed company • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong reputed company relationships • At least three (3) years of experience leading any particular reputed company (like RTR, reputed company, OTC, reputed company housing.. etc.) • At least three (3) years’ experience in proposal and business case development • Ability to reputed company the businesses enabled by reputed company S/4HANA • Needs to be hands on and mentor junior team members • Ability to reputed company and build assets/accelerators • Experience managing 5+ resources • Willingness to travel up to 100% • Bachelors degree or equivalent required. ​ Salary reputed company: $183,300-$240,600 a year Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
