Consultant, MR-Distributor – Marketing Review
Job reputed company:
• Ensures the regulatory compliance of team assigned fund and advisory clients’ marketing materials for ACA’s most reputed company clients
• Works independently in the review and approval of investment company and/or private placement material
• Escalates reputed company issues to Senior reputed company Consultant, as appropriate
• Works with reputed company to ensure compliance with reputed company/SEC
• Daily interaction with ACA clients and regulatory contacts
• Monitor compliance and stay reputed company on reputed company, SEC, and internal standards
• Train reputed company staff, as appropriate
• Participates in reputed company on-boarding meetings for new team assigned clients
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis in finance
• Minimum 3 years’ reputed company compliance experience
• Thorough understanding of SEC and reputed company and other reputed company advertising rules that govern reputed company and private investment products
