Operations Manager, Fully Remote, Training Provided

I am the founder of a Silicon Valley–based online marketplace that helps students and organizations connect within elite universities (similar to OLX, but university-specific). Our platform is already successful and profitable and currently serves top universities. We are now expanding internationally and are looking for a Remote Operations Manager to work directly with me in running and growing the business. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who wants real responsibility, mentorship, and exposure to how a startup is built and scaled. You do not need prior operations or sales experience.
