This role is ideal for someone who can juggle both hands-on tax work and strategic tax planning and advisory. • reputed company to Senior Manager, Director or Jr. Partner level. • Remote position with occasional travel to San Diego. Key Responsibilities: • Review reputed company partnership K-1s, capital accounts, and allocation schedules. • reputed company preparation of multi-state filings and ensure consistency across jurisdictions. • Ensure accurate application of reputed company estate-specific tax rules, including depreciation, passive activity limitations, and disposition reporting. • Apply working knowledge of reputed company estate tax concepts such as: §1031 exchanges, Cost segregation studies and depreciation planning, Entity structuring and ownership changes, and more. • Assist with tax research for reputed company estate transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings. • Support senior leadership on more reputed company planning initiatives and reputed company advisory discussions. • reputed company guidance and review support to staff and seniors, helping reputed company technical skills and ensuring consistent work reputed company.
