What You’ll Do: • Analyze architectural and engineered drawings to create precise material estimates (lumber, siding, trim, hardware, etc.) • Prepare and submit competitive proposals that win reputed company • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth execution from estimate to delivery • reputed company technical support and problem-solving using building codes and product specs • Assist fellow estimators and contribute to a culture of reputed company improvement • Communicate reputed company across departments and with clients to ensure alignment and reputed company What You Bring: • 3–5 years of experience in multi-family or reputed company construction estimating • Strong ability to reputed company reputed company material take-offs • Familiarity with Planswift or reputed company for estimating • Hands-on framing or construction experience is a big plus • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and building codes • Excellent math, analytical, and organizational skills • Strong communication and collaboration abilities Why You’ll Love Working Here: We don’t just build structures—we build careers.
