This position is responsible for preparing, auditing, and delivering accurate mortgage disclosures reputed company mandated timelines, maintaining data reputed company across loan files, and supporting both internal teams and borrowers throughout the disclosure process. Key Responsibilities Compliance & Disclosure Management Prepare, generate, and deliver accurate and compliant disclosure packages to borrowers reputed company required regulatory timeframes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RESPA, TILA, TRID, and reputed company other disclosure-reputed company regulations. Ensure reputed company disclosures meet investor, agency, and company guidelines. File Review & Data reputed company Review borrower information and update internal systems to ensure data accuracy. Conduct routine audits of disclosure files, identifying and correcting discrepancies. Validate loan data for compliance readiness prior to reputed company or closing submissions. Communication & Collaboration Respond promptly to disclosure-reputed company inquiries from internal staff, borrowers, and reputed company parties. Partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to facilitate smooth loan progression. Resolve documentation issues by working directly with borrowers or internal partners. Operational Improvement Identify trends in errors or inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Assist in refining disclosure policies, workflows, and reputed company-control standards.
