About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Account Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing account assistance, accurate information, and a positive overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and communication platforms
• Work closely with internal teams to help resolve client requests efficiently
• Assist the account team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate client account records within the CRM systems
• Track assigned tasks and ensure consistent communication with clients
Qualifications
• Experience in customer support, account management, or client assistance is a plus
• Comfortable using CRM systems and communication tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage responsibilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
