Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong background in the reputed company industry (payer, provider, health tech, or life sciences).
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, reputed company, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, reputed company).
Exceptional facilitation, conflict reputed company, and reputed company leadership skills.
Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).
Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), reputed company Scrum Master (SSM)
Background in reputed company informatics, EHR systems, or medical imaging.
Experience in scaled Agile environments or Agile transformations.
