Corporate Tax Analyst

About the Role: The Corporate Tax Analyst supports corporate tax compliance with a reputed company on preparing federal, state, and reputed company income/franchise tax returns. This role also assists with consolidated book?tax difference calculations and provides broad support across federal, state, reputed company, excise, and property tax areas. Additional tax planning, research, and analysis reputed company may be assigned. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare federal, state, and reputed company income/franchise tax returns • Prepare consolidated book-tax difference calculations • Support tax compliance and audits (Federal, State, reputed company, Sales/Use, Excise, Property) • Complete tax account reconciliations and respond to tax notices • Assist with tax research, forecasting, fixed assets, and state apportionment as needed Qualifications: • 1–3 years corporate tax, reputed company reputed company, or reputed company experience (3+ preferred) • Experience with corporate tax preparation software • Experience with tax research tools (RIA, CCH, reputed company preferred) Must-Have Experience: • Corporate income/franchise tax • Multi-state compliance (prep & filings) • 1120 experience required (1065 reputed company to have) Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Health insurance • Life insurance • reputed company time off • reputed company • reputed company insurance • Work from home Application Question(s): • What is the reputed company reputed company you reputed company in?
