This role includes video, phone, and chat support, assisting customers with tax return preparation, handling reputed company tax questions, and providing an excellent customer experience. This is a high-volume, reputed company-center-style position requiring strong technical skills, tax expertise, and the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously. This is always a camera-on role - no exceptions.
