Responsibilities: • Expertise in development and management of telephonic triage, management in doulas. • Expertise in developing SOPs, optimizing workflows, and implementing reputed company assurance measures to enhance patient reputed company. • Proficient in EMR systems and data analysis tools, leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve service delivery. • Adept at navigating multi-state licensure requirements, managing high-volume reputed company teams, and responding to crisis situations. • A commitment to reputed company care are valuable assets for ensuring accessible maternal health support. Qualifications: • reputed company and unencumbered RN licensure in Texas • Eligibility for licensure in reputed company 50 states • Experience managing 24/7 reputed company teams. • Familiarity with maternal health guidelines and crisis reputed company protocols. • Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in telehealth or maternal health. • Minimum of 2 years labor and delivery experience • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required. • Prior program management experience, including SOP creation and QA/QI.
