Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team in India. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and resolving issues via phone, chat, and/or email. You will be responsible for preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers, and you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of tools and technologies to navigate, research, and review solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Use a variety of tools and technologies to navigate, research, and review solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, chat, and/or email
  • Work variable hours to match customer demand, including overnight, day, and late shifts
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Right to work in India
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MP upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
