Your Role at arenaflex

In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and issue resolution to our existing clients, ensuring that they receive excellent service across all types of communications. Your primary objectives will include answering technical support questions, handling requests, and maintaining a positive company image. You will have the flexibility to begin working remotely from your home city or any other location and will have the opportunity to relocate to our Southeast Asia support office after the initial 2 or 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process client requests and resolve issues via live chat, phone calls, and email, navigating multiple programs while paying attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate specialist when needed via Salesforce or Jira, ensuring seamless communication and prompt resolution.
  • Update clients on their request status in a timely and professional manner, providing regular feedback and keeping them informed throughout the process.
  • Verify documents submitted by clients within specific regions on an hourly basis, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare and interpret reports and documentation as required in the role, providing acceptable detail and accuracy to support business decisions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's business functions and roles by attending company seminars and meeting the required assessment targets, demonstrating your commitment to growth and development.
  • Achieve quarterly KPI targets set by the Customer Support Manager, consistently delivering high-quality results and contributing to the team's success.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
