**Key Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
* Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and relationship-building.
* Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
* Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely manner.
* Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that customer concerns are resolved to their satisfaction.
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
* Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, ensuring that customer feedback is captured and analyzed to drive continuous improvement.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual skills (a plus)
* Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and punctuation
* Excellent computer skills, with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritizing multiple customer interactions and tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
* The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
