**What You'll Do**
As a Hybrid Customer Care Professional – Corporate Card Member, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our Corporate and Small Business Card Members. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
* Consulting with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommending relevant arenaflex benefits and services
* Delivering high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the features, benefits, and elements of arenaflex Corporate Card services
* Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, handling objections, and providing world-class customer service
* Documenting necessary account information according to established policies and procedures
* Adhering to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of two years of customer service experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication
* Proven success in a customer service call center environment, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment
* Open availability for scheduling, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred; education benefits available
