Job Summary

As a healthcare customer service call center representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of our products and/or services, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring that our databases are current and accurate.

Qualifications
