At arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to see the world while earning great compensation and benefits to help you keep climbing along the way. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. **Work Environment and Physical Demands** This role requires a high level of physical activity, including bending, lifting, standing, and walking. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, such as loading and stacking bags weighing up to 50-70 pounds. At times, you may be exposed to harsh weather conditions (heat, rain, snow). We practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. **Scheduling and Shifts** Scheduling is based on operational needs, and shifts range from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule.
