[Remote] SME Data and Automation AI Analyst

They are seeking an SME Data and Automation AI Analyst who will lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled automation in cybersecurity functions, enhancing efficiency and risk visibility. Responsibilities • Serves as the technical lead for designing, implementing, and governing AI-enabled automation across all cybersecurity functions, including RMF, authorization, security engineering, risk management, SETA, vulnerability management, and penetration testing • Identifies high-value use cases for AI and automation, architects scalable solutions, and integrates AI capabilities into existing cybersecurity workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and risk visibility • Ensures AI-driven tools support Ongoing Authorization by automating RMF documentation, control assessments, continuous monitoring, risk scoring, and evidence collection in alignment with NIST 800-37 and 800-53A • Establishes data pipelines, analytics models, and dashboards that correlate cybersecurity, compliance, and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and systemic risk across the enterprise • Advises system owners and cybersecurity leadership on responsible AI use, performance measurement, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled security capabilities Skills • 10 years' relevant experience in Data and Automation analyses • AI governance and implementation, Cybersecurity automation architecture, Enterprise AI enablement, RMF and ATO automation • Continuous monitoring analytics, Security data engineering and pipelines, AI-driven risk scoring and prioritization • SOAR and workflow orchestration, GRC automation and analytics • Vulnerability and threat data correlation, AI-enabled phishing simulation and SETA optimization, Penetration testing automation • Responsible and secure AI implementation, Cloud-native AI services and platforms, Zero Trust telemetry and analytics • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or relevant field of study • CISSP, CAP, CRISC, CCSP, or AI/ML Certification Benefits • 401(k) • Health • Dental, and vision insurance • Life insurance • Short-term and long-term disability insurance • Paid time off • Training and professional development assistance Company Overview • Yakshna Solutions, Inc. is a minority and women-owned 8(a) certified business enterprise.
